Borromeo Cider

Giving thanks to God via terrific cider!

Born on the foothills of the Wet Mountains in the Arkansas Valley region of Colorado, Borromeo Cider began taking its roots in 2023. Now in 2024 we are ready to begin sales with direct shipment of Cider and a future tap room up and coming. Follow us on our social media profiles to get our most recent updates.

We have been graced by the providence of God to have gotten so far in our goal of sharing our passion with you. Our ciders are all derived from 100% apple or pear juice, not concentrate. Our mission is to showcase what can be done with the foundational elements of cider creation and not by adding sugar and acids to create unrealistic flavors in our beverages.

Many people ask “where does Borromeo come from in your company name?” Well, Charles Borromeo is the Patron Saint for orchards and digestive health issues. Inherently, the orchards and apple cider makes sense. And many people find them selves exploring cider instead of beer due to gluten intolerance. So to have a patron saint that embodies our beverages roots (gotcha) and many of our customers was a perfect fit! More information can be found on the works of St. Charles Borromeo as he was the Bishop of Milan during the Bubonic Plague in the 1500’s.
